Pack ‘em full and stack ‘em high. Sweet, tangy, crunchy and oh-so-delicious, these stacks add a unique twist to your typical tortilla experience.

Ingredients
- 1 bag Barvecue Pulled BVQ
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/2 cups pineapple, chopped
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 6 flour or corn tortillas
- vegetable oil
- sweet bbq sauce
Directions
In a bowl, add the chopped pineapple, green onion and rice. Mix to combine.
- Cook Pulled BVQ according to package instructions. Once done, transfer to a bowl and set aside.
- Using the same skillet, coat the bottom with oil and heat over medium-high.
- Place two tortillas side by side in the skillet and cook for about 1 1/2 minutes on each side until browned and crispy. Transfer the cooked tortillas to a paper towel lined plate and repeat the process with remaining tortillas.
- To assemble the stacks, start by brushing the top of a tortilla with BBQ sauce. Spread some of the rice mixture on top of the sauce, then add some Pulled BVQ. Top with another tortilla and repeat the process to make stacks of 2 or 3.
