All orders include FREE SHIPPING - the online frozen item cost includes an eco-cooler box, dry ice, and carrier shipping. The online item cost for non-perishable items includes carrier shipping. We use UPS Ground or Express services for shipment transit times of 1-2 days from our distribution center. Non-perishable items may ship by USPS Priority Mail for shipment transit times of 1-3 days. Additional expedited shipping options are not available.
Shipping is available to the 48 contiguous United States and District of Columbia. At this time, we are unable to ship to any other locations such as Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the United States.
We reserve the right to increase, decrease, add or eliminate shipping and handling charges from time to time, but we will provide notice of the charges applicable to you at check out before you make your purchase.
To make sure that your shipment arrives in great shape, we ship Monday and Tuesday. We’ll send you emails when your order is placed, when it ships out, and when it’s delivered. While we work to ship orders quickly and efficiently, we are unable to prevent fulfillment delays or shipping interruptions/delays caused by UPS or USPS.
