Smoky BVQ, tangy tomatoes and sweet basil make this an equally elegant and down-home dish. Packed full of plant-based nutrition and juicy flavor.

Ingredients
- 3 medium tomatoes
- 3/4 cup Barvecue Pulled BVQ
- 1 small handful fresh basil, coarsely chopped
- vegan mozzarella
- olive oil
Directions
Wash tomatoes in cold water and wipe dry.
- In a skillet, cook Pulled BVQ according to package instructions.
- Meanwhile, remove the tomato stems, slice the tomatoes in half horizontally, then scoop out some of the inner fruit to create a shallow cup. Transfer to a cookie sheet lined with lightly greased parchment paper.
- Lightly brush tomatoes with olive oil. Top with Pulled BVQ, chopped basil and mozzarella.
- Bake in preheated oven at 400°F for 8-10 minutes. Serve immediately.
