In a skillet, cook Pulled BVQ according to package instructions.
Meanwhile, remove the tomato stems, slice the tomatoes in half horizontally, then scoop out some of the inner fruit to create a shallow cup. Transfer to a cookie sheet lined with lightly greased parchment paper.
Lightly brush tomatoes with olive oil. Top with Pulled BVQ, chopped basil and mozzarella.
Bake in preheated oven at 400°F for 8-10 minutes. Serve immediately.
