Plant based, cajun style. It’s easy to make this popular sandwich meatless using smoky, tender Pulled BVQ. Each bite sends you to the magic of New Orleans.

Ingredients

1 bag Barvecue Pulled BVQ
-
2 hoagie rolls
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
shredded lettuce
-
1 tomato, sliced
For the remoulade sauce:

1 cup vegan mayo
-
2 green onions
-
1 tbsp chopped pickles
-
1 tsp cajun seasoning
-
1 tbsp hot sauce
-
1 tsp lemon juice
-
1 tbsp ketchup
-
2 tbsp mustard
-
1 clove garlic, minced

salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients for the remoulade sauce. Blend until smooth. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place rolls on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Bake until lightly toasted, about 9 minutes.
While rolls are in the oven, cook Pulled BVQ in a pan according to package instructions.
Fill toasted rolls with Pulled BVQ, shredded lettuce, and sliced tomatoes. Drizzle prepared remoulade sauce over top and serve.
