Sweet, juicy, tangy and tender. The combination of pineapple and wood-smoked BVQ truly melts in your mouth. While quick & easy, this plant-based slider tastes anything but.

Ingredients

1 (10oz) bag Barvecue Pulled BVQ

3 tbsp soy sauce or liquid aminos

1/4 cup pineapple juice

1-1/2 tbsp olive oil

6 pineapple slices

6 vegan sweet buns, for serving
Directions
In a large bowl, add Pulled BVQ, soy sauce (or liquid aminos), and pineapple juice, and toss to coat. If needed, sprinkle in salt and pepper to taste and toss once more.
In a large pan over medium-low heat, warm oil. Add Pulled BVQ and increase heat to medium-high. Cook according to package instructions, until BVQ is browned. Remove from heat.
Layer BVQ and pineapple slice inside each sweet bun and serve.
