Make your nachos unique and add a pop of nutrition by adding mouthwatering, wood-smoked, Barvecue Carnitas. A great plant-based option for parties, a snack or a full on meal.

Ingredients

1 bag of tortilla chips

1 bag Barvecue Carnitas (10oz)

1-1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
-
vegan nacho cheese sauce
-
black beans, drained and rinsed
-
pico de gallo
-
fresh jalapeños
-
avocado, diced
-
cilantro
Directions
In a large pan cook Carnitas according to package directions, until browned. Remove from heat.
Prepare the ingredients you wish to use.
Arrange tortilla chips on a large platter. Add toppings in this order: Carnitas, nacho cheese sauce, black beans, pico de Gallo, cilantro, jalapeños, diced avocados. Enjoy!
