Croissants, bread, or crackers of choice

½ cup mayonnaise

1 rib celery, diced

Directions
Cook Rotisserie Chicken according to package instructions
Transfer Rotisserie Chicken to bowl and cool in fridge
Mix together mayo, celery, mustard, salt, pepper and dill
Add chilled Rotisserie Chicken to mayor mixture and fold together until chicken is evenly coated
Scoop chicken salad onto croissants, bread, or crackers
