Flaky and chewy, the perfect combination for a special plant-based treat. Especially great on game day.

Ingredients
- ~2 cups Barvecue Pulled BVQ
- 1 package Puff Pastry Sheets (2 sheets in 1 pack; 17.3 oz total)
- 1 cup vegan Mexican shredded cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 375º.
- Cook Pulled BVQ according to package instructions. Set aside.
- Cover a cookie sheet with foil and lightly coat with cooking oil.
- On a cutting board, add 1 puff pastry sheet and cut it into 9 squares.
- Fill diagonally with Pulled BVQ and sprinkle with cheese. Pinch opposite corners to seal.
- Place pastries on the cookie sheet and brush with olive oil.
- Bake 15 minutes, until golden brown.
- Repeat this process with the other pastry sheet.
