Ingredients
- cooked rice
- black beans
- Barvecue Carnitas
- avocado, sliced
- Cilantro
- chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- sea salt
- black pepper
- paprika
Directions
Cook Carnitas according to package instructions.
- Assemble individual bowls with rice, black beans, cooked Carnitas, avocado and cilantro. Drizzle preferred amount of sauce over Carnitas (if you like spicy!) and season bowl with salt, pepper and paprika.
