Barvecue Caesar Wrap

Kick your caesar salad up a notch… add tender, wood-smoked, plant-based Carnitas for extra protein, texture and flavor… then wrap it up!

Ingredients
For the filling:
- 1/2 of 10 oz. bag Barvecue Pulled BVQ
- 2 romaine hearts, coarsely chopped
- 2 burrito-size flour tortillas
For the caesar dressing:
- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 1/2 cup filtered water
- 1 tbsp EVOO
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp vegan Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp capers
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients for the caesar dressing in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute. Set aside.
- Cook Pulled BVQ in a pan according to package instructions.
- In a large bowl, mix romaine hearts and Pulled BVQ. Add your desired amount of caesar dressing and toss everything together.
- Distribute the mixture evenly onto the flour tortillas. Roll them into wraps and serve.
