Modern-day factory farming brings unnecessary suffering for millions of animals. Adding more plant-based foods to our plates helps alleviate this suffering. With so many great tasting plant-based proteins now available, this is easier than ever before.

Plant-based foods foster cleaner water and a healthier environment. Inefficient land use and nitrogen pollution due to large scale production of animal feed, along with waste run-off from factory farms, often results in environmental hazards.
