Pulled BVQ is a hand-crafted, wood-smoked delicacy with Original BVQ seasoning. Add your favorite sauce! Great for the classic pulled barbecue sandwich or as main entree. Just like old school BBQ, but plant based.

Naked BVQ is wood-smoked and lightly seasoned. Add your favorite sauce or seasoning for awesome sandwiches, tacos, fajitas, smoked "chicken" salad, pizza topping, etc. Perfect for creative foodservice applications.

Wood-smoked plant-based Carnitas are tender and deliciously seasoned with a hint of lime. The perfect plant-based meat for tacos, fajitas, burritos, enchiladas, and more!

Pulled BVQ and Naked BVQ: Thaw in refrigerator. Remove from package and place in pan. Heat over medium-high stove top or pre-heated 375° F for several minutes until heated through. Enjoy! May refrigerate for up to 5 days. Heat to minimum 165° F internal temp.

Carnitas: Thaw in refrigerator. Remove from package and place in heated pan with a little oil. Sizzle over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes to desired level of crisp and char. Enjoy! May refrigerate for up to 5 days. Heat to minimum 165° F internal temp.

Yes, Barvecue Pulled BVQ, Naked BVQ and Carnitas are all Non-GMO Project Verified. 

Yes, with our new and updated products in November 2021, Pulled BVQ, Naked BVQ, and Carnitas are gluten free. Please refer to the ingredient list on the package label as some earlier versions of Barvecue did contain wheat.

Some Barvecue ingredients are organic. Although all ingredients are not currently organically grown, we are focused on using clean label ingredients from quality sources. 

Barvecue products are perishable and should be kept frozen. Frozen shelf life is 12 months from date of manufacture. May refrigerate for up to 5 days after cooking.

After we’ve fulfilled your order, it will ship via UPS or FedEx. We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. At this time, we are unable to ship to any other locations such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or outside the United States. 

Your order ships in an eco-cooler with dry ice and will arrive frozen or very cold.

You should typically receive your order 3-7 days after your purchase.

We have selected packaging options that have minimal impact on the environment without compromising food safety or quality. The insulated eco-liner and cardboard box can be recycled.

We use dry ice to keep your order frozen in delivery transit. Dry ice should be handled with care, and will naturally evaporate if left in a sink or other well-ventilated area.
